Delicious breakfast, new-fashioned king room. Hypoallergenic pillows, lovely bed. Great and unbeatable location, good area, close to a quiet alley, the number 1 water bus and the train station and the busier centre.

we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will certainly stay here again. quirky hotel, it was clean, and the staff was very very nice and incredible. we had a delicious breakfast with real coffee and hot beverages and orange juice included. our location was magnificent and stunning, close to a train station.

I have just returned from a very comfortable stay in this small hotel, big size rooms. The venue staff is pleasant and very-very nice. The location is very central, just next door to the centre of Venice, and an alley off the main thoroughfare between the station and San Marco. For tea and goodies visit Pasticceria Bar Martini, located close by.

The room we had was pretty cool with a Venetian vibe 🎭. Although the shower curtain was a bit old-fashioned, it still worked fine. the location was spot on, right by a bustling street and a gorgeous cathedral.

Great and brilliant location for our needs, close enough to the vaporetto and the train and bus station, the train station and the St Mark cathedral, and all shops and restaurants. Lovely and amazing staff, fantastic stay. Exceptionally comfortable rooms with character!
